Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at John Mayer Store. Please find below the terms and conditions that comprise our Shipping Policy. We kindly ask you to take a moment to review them.

Shipment processing time: 

All orders, except pre-orders, are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or holidays. 

For some of our items, we follow a made-to-order production process which takes 1-2 days before the shipment. You can identify such items by looking for the "on-demand" mark on the corresponding product description page. 

In case of a high volume of orders, order processing may be delayed. In such a situation, we will inform you via email if there is a significant delay in processing your order. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

We offer shipping rates from FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes:

We are unable to ship to PO boxes.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

Upon successful order placement, an order confirmation will be provided, detailing the contents and chosen shipping method. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes your tracking number.

International Shipping Policy - Customs, Duties and Taxes:

We offer international shipping; however, it is important to acknowledge that John Mayer Store bears no responsibility for customs duties applied to your order. Any fees incurred during or after shipping, including tariffs and taxes, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Damages

John Mayer Store assumes no liability for products damaged or lost during shipping. In the event of loss or damage caused by the carrier, please reach out to us, and we will initiate a claim on your behalf.
